• A deposit equal to at least 50% of the total purchase price of the glider or $100.00 (whichever is greater) is REQUIRED in order for me to hold your glider. These deposits are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and will NOT be lowered for ANY reason. If a male gliders is neutered there will be no refund if the buyer backs out. See below for additional information.
  • I do accept payment plans, but I do not allow gliders to leave my home until they are paid for IN FULL - NO EXCEPTIONS! Gliders must be paid in full by 8 weeks out of pouch, unless agreed in writing prior to deposit.
  • I only sell and ship gliders to states and territories where it is LEGAL to own sugar gliders as pets.
  • I only sell and ship gliders within the contiguous 48 United States.
  • Shipping through Delta Cargo is $250.00 and Shipping through United Airlines is $150.00 
  • If the glider is to be delivered, the buyer is responsible for the cost of gas prior to delivery. 
  • Shipping includes the cost of the required shipping crate, the inner container, anything inside the container for the benefit of the glider during travel (such as a pouch and/or food/treats/drinks),  actual shipping charges charged by the airline, and gas cost for my travel to and from the airport. Shipping may be more if you live in an area that requires health certification for travel (most states do not - I believe Washington does, as an example).
  • If you want or need  a health certificate from a veterinarian, the cost for that is an additional $75.00
  • All invoices must be paid on or before the date specified on the invoice.
  • Buyers must take possession of the sugar glider they are purchasing on the date specified on their purchase contract or at 8 weeks. Seller can require the glider to stay for up to 12 weeks if the glider must be neutered or is not able to leave the parents yet, this is determined by the breeder.  Failure to take the glider on time, will result in the assessment of a $5 per day glider-sitting fee, for up to 15 days. Any accrued glider sitting fees must be paid in full before a glider can be picked up or shipped.
  • The purchaser understands that shipping is not the best choice of transportation, and hereby absolve seller from any liability from stress or other related illness, including death or loss, caused by airplane travel of the above referenced animal.
